I am currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a dynamic nursery team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment, where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

As a Nursery Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery. You will work closely with children of nursery age, providing care, encouragement, and educational activities to foster their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the nursery team in daily activities and routines. Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Engage with children through play, storytelling, and educational activities. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in line with nursery policies. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting. A good understanding of how a nursery operates. A passion for early childhood education and child development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one. Availability for full-time hours, with some flexibility.
