This primary school is dedicated to providing high-quality education and is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team. Role Overview: As a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Act as a key person for children aged 0 to 5, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities tailored to individual needs and interests. Conduct observations and assessments to monitor children's progress, setting developmental goals and fostering growth. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and encouraged to explore and learn. Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication about their child's progress and well-being. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the nursery environment. About You: We are looking for a dedicated individual who: Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or higher). Has experience of planning, observing, and using assessment tools to support each individual child's development needs. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Ofsted standards, and relevant legislation. Is experienced in supporting vulnerable families and children with SEN, working in partnership with other agencies to meet children's needs.
