As a room leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a happy team and a happy nursery, ensuring that every child receives exceptional play and learning opportunities. You will work closely with the management team and have the full support needed to progress in your career.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Develop and implement engaging educational activities. Lead and support a team of educators. Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians. Support the personal and professional development of team members.
Preferred Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. Familiarity with EYFS and safeguarding principles. Passion for early years foundation and creating exceptional learning experiences. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Demonstrated commitment to personal and team development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Enhanced DBS check. Paediatric First Aid certification.
