For our new Nursing and Clinical Professionals Leadership role, we welcome applications from women’s health nursing and midwifery backgrounds, with or without additional experience in assisted reproduction. It is highly desirable to have transferable leadership skills that can be utilised to promote team workforce engagement and development, as is a desire to ensure excellent patient experience and outcomes.
Care Fertility is fortunate to be the UK’s leading IVF group, and a new leader would have the support of the strength of the Nursing and Clinical Professionals leadership network to support their induction to a highly collaborative and well-networked team.

This is a full-time role based at our Woking Clinic (5 Hill View Road, Woking GU22 7HW).
