We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Ward 2 at WGH. Ward 2 is a ward specialising in Gastro and mixed general medicine patients, in a busy sub acute setting. We aim to provide high standards of care to a vast range of patients with complex needs, with an emphasis on discharge planning and support. The main purpose of the role is to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care working as a member of the multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the nurses and the ward manager.
