The Deputy Nurse Manager will have the following skills and experience: RGN/RMN with active PIN Proven track record of successful leadership within a Nursing home environment Sound knowledge of Care Standards Dynamic & Enthusiastic Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Nurse Manager: Staff management- maintaining the team/ appraisals/ training Care plans/ reviews/ meetings Build and maintain rapport with staff/residents/their families & all external bodies Undertake assessments of other staffs and review care packages Be a role model for staffs and service users
The home itself is circa 50 beds and is rated GOOD with CQC. The home caters for a range of residents including young adults & the elderly & those living with dementia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
