On behalf of a care focused nursing home provider, I am currently looking for a Nursing Home Deputy Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Dorchester area - commutable from Weymouth, Yeovil, Poole, Blandford Forum, etc.
To be considered for this registered Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager role, you should have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care / nursing home / care home sector. You must have strong knowledge of clinical care delivery, medication, and care planning. Candidates should also have strong knowledge of dementia care and palliative care, coupled with strong elderly care provision experience.
This is a market leading nursing home / care home, and our client is keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high calibre care homes in a clinical lead or deputy manager role previously. Experienced nurses stepping up will be considered.
The Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager job role:
Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day-to-day running of the home. Oversee the delivery of high calibre nursing care. Provide staff management, support, and development. Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager: Strong care home deputy management / clinical lead / nursing experience. Knowledge of elderly care, medication, and clinical knowledge. Knowledge of high-end luxury care, dementia care, palliative care, and elderly care.
