You will work as a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead of a nursing home based in the Havant/ Portsmouth area. Our client is keen to hire a Deputy Manager for their home in the Havant / Portsmouth area. Nurses looking for a step up will be considered. Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead candidates must be Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) and must have some managerial experience within an elderly care setting. As Deputy Manager / Deputy Home Manager, you will manage teams of Nurses and Carers, ensuring nursing care is delivered to the very highest standards. You will manage all clinical operations within the home and support the Nursing Home Manager to ensure high levels of care are delivered at all times. Deputy Home Manager candidates should have strong clinical skills and thorough knowledge of dementia care.
