A highly reputable care provider is looking for an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their highly rated Care home located in the Stevenston area. The home is a medium-sized Nursing home that caters for the elderly and those living with dementia.
The home has an experienced manager with an 'open door' leadership style and is needing a Deputy Care Home Manager to support in terms of staffing/rota's, supervisions, auditing & care planning whilst providing hands-on care to the residents who benefit from an array of activities, a variety of catering options & a dedicated & passionate care team who you will help manage.
This role is full-time, 40 hours per week on a rota basis including on-call and includes 18 hours supernumerary shifts per week.

NMC registered with active PIN Experience within a care home setting at a senior level Excellent care planning & CI/SSSC knowledge A passion for person-centred care Respectful of people's values whilst promoting good care practices
