We're currently supporting a medium sized Nursing Home, seeking a new Nursing Home Manager. The Home is 'Good' in all areas with CQC and running on high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Building and maintaining high occupancy. Maintaining minimal agency usage.

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

Management experience in Care Homes is essential. Nurse qualifications and experience running nursing homes preferred. Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy.

Benefits:
