This position is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in managing large care homes and a proven ability to drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to a large care home, ensuring smooth operational and clinical management. Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care standards. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a strong reputation for quality care. Implement effective turnaround strategies to enhance performance and outcomes. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Candidate Profile: Significant experience managing large care homes is essential. Proven success in care home turnaround and performance improvement. Ideally holds an RGN qualification, though this is not essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a resident-focused approach.
