The Role Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic care provider, who are committed to delivering a high quality of service to their residents all across the UK. With homes in Scotland and England, the business has a robust senior structure and plenty of developmental opportunities. This role will join a service providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents within a luxury environment. The home boasts a cinema room, private gardens and communal areas for residents to live comfortably. Previous experience as a manager within a nursing care home is essential for this vacancy, in order to hit the ground running within a service that is high-performing as it stands.
Candidate An ability to lead and inspire a staff team, providing quality insight and developmental opportunities for each member of the team. A real passion for person-centred care, ensuring each resident has a tailored experience and their needs can be met; along with bringing a high level of communication for their families and external stakeholders. Understanding budget oversight is a key element of the role, in order to improve fees and ensure the home runs successfully. Equally, the successful candidate will pay attention to detail around care plans, medication and ensure the home remains compliant in all domains.
Interview Process The interview process will be 3 stages.
Location The role is commutable from: Aberdeen, Stonehaven, Banchory, Kintore and Ellon.
