Nursing Home Manager - Elderly Care

Salary: Up to £75,000 p/a, Plus bonus & benefits package.

Location: Tonbridge, Kent.

Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in their search for a Registered Manager for their well performing nursing & residential home within the Tonbridge area. The home boasts a fantastic reputation within the area, with strong links with the local community, and we are very much seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to further establish this home and continue its exceptional offering of first class care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents. Quality Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience. Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Financial Oversight:

Manage the home's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

Qualifications: Nurse qualified with an active Pin (RGN / RMN / RNLD). Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a residential or nursing home. Previous experience of managing a medium sized nursing home, and a strong track record of CQC compliance. Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
