About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional

Nursing Home Manager

to lead and oversee the operations of our high-quality care home. With a passion for delivering outstanding care and a commitment to driving excellence, you will ensure the home meets regulatory standards while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and management to a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring high standards of care are delivered consistently. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC and other relevant bodies, ensuring exceptional inspection outcomes. Drive occupancy levels and financial performance while keeping care quality and resident satisfaction as top priorities. Implement effective care planning, monitoring, and evaluation systems to meet residents' individual needs. Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and health and safety within the home. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of openness and trust. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home. A track record of improving and maintaining high standards of care, including successful CQC inspections. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A sound understanding of financial management within a care home setting. RGN or RMN qualification (preferred but not essential). NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards). A passion for person-centered care and a drive to achieve outstanding outcomes for residents.
