My client has a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated Nursing home in the Irvine area. The home, which is large in size, accommodates over 70 beds and is rated at 4's. It caters for the elderly & those living with dementia.
Minimum Requirements:
Nurse with active PIN (essential) Experienced Home Manager with at least 2 years of home manager experience within a large Nursing home Excellent clinical & CI knowledge Passionate about care standards & motivational in leadership approach Great communication skills & a resident-focused approach to management
