Responsibilities
Registered Manager with CQC Leadership and management of care and nursing team Recruitment, supervision, and training of team Ensure home is compliant with all relevant regulations Sales and marketing of the home Budget management in line with KPI
Requirements
Experienced home manager with Good CQC track record Nurse Qualified Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Sound financial and business acumen Positive and engaging leadership style
Salary:
£80,000 - £90,000 PA DOE Bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays
