Nursing Home Manager Mountain Ash, Wales £50,000-£60,000

Award winning care provider require an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Home Manager in the Mountain Ash area. The Regional Manager is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager to take ownership of their 40 bed nursing home providing specialist clinical and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW. Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:

Overall responsibility of the home Staff management/ appraisals/ training Care plans/ reviews/ meetings Budgets/ business development / marketing Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
