Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a proven track record in managing nursing homes? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional care to residents with dementia? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position:

Nursing Home Manager Home Capacity:

127 Beds (Specializing in Dementia Care)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing home to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee and support the nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents. Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Build strong relationships with residents' families, acting as a liaison to ensure their concerns and needs are addressed.

Requirements: Must have previously managed a nursing home with 50+ beds. Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC Pin. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent understanding of dementia care and experience in managing dementia residents. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Based locally to Stoke-on-Trent.
