Responsibilities:
Manage the overall running of a state-of-the-art Nursing Home. Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role within an elderly nursing home setting. Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion. Evidence of past CQC inspections that are good or outstanding. Ability to inspire and nurture a team. NMC Pin is preferable for this role.
