We're currently supporting a provider who is seeking a

Nurse Qualified Manager

to run their stable and high-performing Nursing Home!

This is a well-established, family-run home with a strong focus on staff retention and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

Overall running of the home, including budgets, staff management, quality, and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries. Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders. Maintaining high occupancy levels and managing agency usage. Ensuring the home is safe and operates with high standards. Collaborating with the Deputy Manager and other staff for consistent team development. Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

Nurse qualification (Active Pin) - open to different nursing backgrounds. Management experience, particularly in a similar setting, or experience as a Deputy Manager. Experience in maintaining high standards and occupancy in a nursing home. Strong leadership and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent staff retention and 1-1 management experience. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy. Benefits:

Salary up to £50,000+ Performance-related bonuses based on occupancy levels and agency spend (up to £2500 for occupancy, up to £1200 for agency) Flexible working hours Split on-call with Deputy Manager.
