Nursing Home Manager Required
for Prestigious Nursing Home based in Plymouth, Devon. You will be a Registered Manager with a nurse qualification. This is a lovely Nursing Home with a mix of Residential and Nursing Clients. It is set in beautiful surroundings for the 55 Residents and offers a first-class service. This is a well-respected Nursing Home with a good staff team and supportive owner. Key Responsibilities: Support the management of/maintain full compliance within the home. Knowledge of working in a similar environment at supervisory level. Good relationship with CQC and all standards. Manage change and develop a strategy to maintain financial stability. Support the Manager in managing all budgets and marketing to ensure maximum occupancy. Ensure that all procedures are kept up to date and that staff comply with the procedures laid down by the Company. Recruit and train RGNs/RMNs and Care Staff to ensure the required level of skills and experience. Maintain fantastic working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and other Company and Authority departments. The successful Registered Manager must show true passion in working within elderly care, bringing loyalty and commitment into a time of exciting growth within a well-established team.
