I am looking for a Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager to manage a beautiful medium service which has a good CQC rating. The home provides nursing care.
It is a fantastic smaller home with delightful gardens.
It is an easy commute from surrounding areas such as Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Gosport, Fareham, Chichester etc.
This is a hands on role and you will be expected to market, promote, advertise and recruit as well as liaising with relevant governing bodies and local authorities. You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to your residents.
Candidates MUST be a nurse - RGN / RMN and should have strong clinical knowledge.
Nursing home manager candidates should have a good track record of obtaining compliant CQC reports.
Nursing Home Deputy Manager's looking for a step up will be considered.
Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager Job Requirements: •Overall responsibility of the home •Staff management / appraisals / training •Care plans / reviews / meetings •General management of the nursing areas
Skills/ Qualifications:
•Previous managerial experience •Clinical background & a strong leader. •RGN/RMN •Hands on practical approach •Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards •Dynamic & Enthusiastic
