My Client owns a 50-bedded nursing home in the picturesque town of Romsey, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and uphold our high standards of care. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents. Maintain occupancy levels and manage budgets effectively. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Handle administrative tasks, including staffing, training, and performance management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or in a similar leadership role within a care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
