As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £80,000 plus a bonus, private healthcare cover, and you'll be entitled to 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays, and a contributory pension scheme.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of care within a large nursing home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations. Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice. Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry. Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.

Minimum Requirements:
