The Role As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing all aspects of the care home to ensure a safe, effective, and caring environment. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including CQC standards. Inspiring and developing a team of skilled and compassionate professionals. Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality care services. Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration
(preferred but not essential). Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
