You will be responsible for:
Manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, organisational policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
Manage a large team; leadership will be key to success for the staff team and the relatives.
Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
Establish and maintain an atmosphere and practice of care based on the values of the provider, deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
To be considered for this role of Nursing Home Manager you will need the following experience:
At least 4 years’ experience in a managerial role within Nursing and Residential care.
Nurse Qualification - with current MNC PIN.
Excellent leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach.
Turnaround experience would be advantageous.
The role of Nursing Home Manager is offering £68,000 - £73,000 with an excellent benefits and achievable bonus package; salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
