Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Staff Nurse to join our esteemed care home in Benfleet, which has received a 'GOOD' rating from the CQC. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in RGN and Clinical, with experience in PEG Feeds and Catheters.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, including PEG feeds and catheter care. Monitor and assess residents' health status, identifying any changes and taking appropriate action. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care plans and medical histories. Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members. Liaise with families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and CQC standards. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements: Valid RGN qualification and current NMC registration. Proven experience in a clinical setting, with skills in PEG feeds and catheter care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
