We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering exceptional, sales-focused customer service. In this role you'll guide and successfully nurture and support customers every step of the way - from their enquiry through to moving into a Ryman village. Provide a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Answering sales queries and coordinating appointments Nurture any leads to help prospective buyers understand our unique living options and the benefits Ryman villages have to offer Qualify leads and ensure smooth handovers to the Sales team Using systems to ensure information is collected, and monitored accurately Maintain a high level of quality data in Salesforce Supporting the transition for new residents into our beautiful villages What's in it for you?
