Job Description: We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Nurture Teacher to become a key player in our team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and flourish both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Innovative Teaching:

Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the unique needs of students with SEND and complex needs. Inclusive Environment:

Foster a classroom atmosphere where every student feels safe, valued, and respected. Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans. Progress Monitoring:

Assess and track students' progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to students and their families. Diverse Strategies:

Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate students with different learning styles and abilities. Holistic Support:

Aid in the social and emotional development of students, helping them build confidence, resilience, and independence. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting. In-depth knowledge of various SEND conditions and effective support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of students with SEND.
