Teaching Personnel are working with schools in Manchester to find full-time Nurture Teachers to work with students with additional needs. The schools provide specialist education for students with diverse learning needs, and the ideal candidates should have a strong background in nurture education. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that supports students’ socal, emotional and behavioural development Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students feel valued, respected and supported Provide individualised support and interventions to students based on their unique needs and circumstances Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and external agencies to develop and implement personalised support plans Build positive relationships with students, families and caregivers to support student well-being Assess student progress and wellbeing and provide regular feedback surrounding this Requirements Teaching experience or specific qualification relating to nurture education Experience working with students with social, emotional and behavioural needs Strong understanding of nurture principles and practices for supporting student well-being and development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy for working with students with complex needs Available full-time If you are interested in taking on this role, please apply with an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
