Lead the engineering process from concept to customer, focusing on NVH attributes to meet and exceed customer expectations. Work within the NVH Attributes Refinement Group, focusing on Squeak & Rattle and Water and Air Ingress across vehicles, systems, and components. Engage cross-functionally throughout the design, development, manufacturing, and launch phases, ensuring product excellence. Employ problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis and 8 Disciplines of Problem Solving to address and resolve issues. Analyse data to define problems clearly and drive resolutions using quality tools like 8D, Fish bone, and PDCA. Deliver presentations to work groups and senior management, showcasing findings and solutions. What You Will Bring:

Proven experience with hands-on problem-solving tools and a strong knowledge of quality tools. The ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads, and deliver against plans with minimal supervision. Good negotiation skills and a proactive, personable nature to engage with cross-functional areas effectively. Technical knowledge of vehicle engineering, particularly in Squeaks & Rattle or Water Ingress. A full UK driving licence, with the ability to pass a medical for a class 3 driving licence. This role is pivotal in enhancing the driving experience for customers, contributing significantly to the company's reputation for modern luxury vehicles that set the standard in the automotive industry.
