Our client in North West London is seeking a NVQ2 Qualified Dispenser to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately preparing and dispensing prescriptions while providing excellent customer service to our patients. Key responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with medication inquiries and offering basic health advice
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and record-keeping for all medications dispensed
- Manage inventory by ordering, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies
- Process prescriptions efficiently, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Support the pharmacy team with daily operations, including managing patient records and handling cash transactions
