This is a hybrid role where you will regularly work from home but be expected to travel to CGI offices or client sites occasionally. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Working within our rapidly growing and successful AI Operations teams, you will;

Take ownership for delivering new and exciting product features Effectively engage client stakeholders on AIOps opportunities Work closely with application development teams to understand data details and design desired outcomes for observability & operations Contribute significantly to the capability development of the AIOps platforms Be accountable for all opportunities that you are assigned to, from a delivery perspective Work on the product backlog to deliver improvements across automation, AI, web portals, etc. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You’ll be across the latest developments in Observability solutions and experienced in recommending strategies, using structured frameworks and techniques (e.g., COBIT, TOGAF, IT4IT). Furthermore, you’ll also bring solid experience of successfully working with opensource technologies, including Kafka, Ansible, Grafana, Python, Ruby on Rails and OpenSearch. Skills:
