OBSERVATIONAL RESEARCH SENIOR MANAGER LIVE What you will do In this vital role you will be responsible for capturing insights and encouraging collaborations to enhance the generation, use, and dissemination of real-world evidence (RWE). Your efforts will inform regulatory decision-making and improve access to and use of Amgen’s medicines. Lead the design, generation and delivery of RWE evaluating the safety and efficiency of medicines to support medical access, regulatory decision making and fulfill regulatory requirements Disseminate RWE through publications, presentations, trainings, and scientific resources for external stakeholders (e.g., health care providers and regulatory agencies) Plan resource allocation for multiple research projects and meet timelines Implement innovative analytic methods and leverage Center for Observational Research's (CfOR) data and analytics capabilities to enable rapid, scalable and reproducible RWE Build external partnerships to access databases and improve real-world data quality in different patient populations and countries Contribute to CfOR’s mission in advancing epidemiological methods and analytical capabilities within Amgen and the industry Be part of our team You will join the well-established, dynamic and global Oncology team within CfOR, collaborating with cross-functional team members primarily based in the UK and US. Amgen’s CfOR is a global organization with an agile structure combining teams of highly talented real-world data scientists, epidemiologists, statistical programmers and operational experts, leading Amgen’s strategic effort to optimally leverage RWE to support business needs across a product’s lifecycle.
