37.5HRS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM-5PM SALARY:

£12.10 per hour Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Occupational Health Admin Assistant to support our Occupational Health team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of occupational health services, assisting with scheduling, record-keeping, and communication between employees and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health department. Schedule and coordinate health assessments, medical appointments, and follow-ups for employees. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies. Assist with the processing of occupational health referrals and documentation. Respond to employee and management queries regarding occupational health procedures. Liaise with external occupational health providers as required. Prepare reports and correspondence related to occupational health activities. Support in health promotion activities, such as wellbeing campaigns and initiatives. Manage office supplies and equipment related to the department. Assist in maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Requirements and skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or occupational health setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure. A proactive and flexible approach to work. Desirable Qualifications:

Experience working within an Occupational Health or HR environment. Knowledge of occupational health procedures and regulations. Certification or training in administration or healthcare support. Seniority level:
