Occupational Health Advisor 12month FTC

OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly established in-house team of a luxury manufacturer in Dumbarton in a Full-Time 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will see you working 2 days from home then 3 days on-site with occasional travel to sites within the central belt of Scotland. The Remit: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to become part of this in-house Occupational Health Department and deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Health Surveillance including audiometry, Spirometry, Flt Medicals, Working at Height Medicals HAVS T1 & T2, Skin Assessments (paper screening) Case Management Organise and manage awareness days and health education programmes Mental Health Advice and Promotion Mental Health First Aider Training Policy & Procedure Review Occasional travel to other sites across the Central Belt of Scotland to undertake clinics Skills Required: To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be: An NMC Registered Nurse – Part 3 Registered Preferred Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health - Preferred Case Management experience - Essential Able to conduct health surveillance and assessments of employees – Essential Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet Service demands Strong IT Literacy Including Cohort/Cority Full driving licence Able to travel throughout the Central belt of Scotland to carry out the requirements of the post Salary & Benefits: In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Advisor, you will receive: £40 - 44,000 PA Depending on Experience and Qualification Annual Bonus 8% of Annual Salary Contributory Pension Scheme 8% Employers Contribution 5% Employees (plus an additional 3% Employers matched contributions available) Private Health Care Product Allowance Discounted Employee Shop How To Apply: Click Apply Now and send us an up-to-date CV showcasing your relevant skills and experience.
