Merco Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to support our client's workforce in Aberdeen. This role involves providing expert occupational health advice, expediting early returns to work, and promoting a safer, healthier workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Facilitate timely return-to-work solutions, actively managing and monitoring cases to resolution. Health Surveillance:
Perform health assessments, including vaccinations and phlebotomy, to ensure compliance and support employee wellness. Health & Safety Advice:
Offer guidance on health and safety, rehabilitation, and health education to empower clients in maintaining a healthy workforce.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Occupational Health degree & NMC registration. Experience:
Strong background in occupational health services, including case management and health surveillance.
