OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established in-house Occupational Health Department, in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting site-based opportunity will see you join a multidisciplinary team in Devizes.

The Role: This role offers an experienced Occupational Health Advisor the ideal chance to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include: Deliver services per policies and guidance from the Head of Occupational Health. Offer medical advice to minimise workplace incidents, collaborating with Health and Safety teams. Monitor mental health, safety, and welfare, referring cases as needed. Support sickness absence management and advise on health concerns. Prepare reports on occupational health issues. Manage your own caseload, performing clinical assessments independently. Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness for work, and reasonable adjustments. Develop and deliver health awareness programmes aligned with national and local initiatives. Collaborate with managers, external agencies, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain confidentiality and comply with legislation. Stay informed on occupational health trends and maintain professional development per NMC guidelines.

Required Skills: To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be: An NMC Registered Nurse. Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health. Extensively experienced in Occupational Health Nursing. Skilled in managing complex cases and conducting health screenings. Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Capable of analysing data and producing detailed reports. Able to demonstrate an awareness of workplace health, safety, equality, and diversity practices. Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and confidentiality standards.
