Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's dynamic, multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of employees on a daily basis. The organization prides itself on offering continuous support and professional development to its Occupational Health team. This full-time position will be based on-site at Heathrow, with potential flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert, evidence-based case management services for attendance, fitness for work, and other Occupational Health-related queries. Prepare professional, detailed, and evidence-based reports. Provide guidance on legislative requirements and best practices in Occupational Health. Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance in line with best practice standards and the company's protocols. Evaluate medicals and surveillance outcomes, offering clear advice on fitness and escalating concerns where appropriate. Offer clinical supervision and provide support to team members (e.g., OH Technicians). Maintain valid NMC registration and adhere to the guidelines related to professional issues, clinical supervision, and ongoing development as a registered nurse.

Skills & Qualifications: Registered Nurse (Part 1). Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma). Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Strong time management and organizational skills. Self-awareness regarding competence and the ability to escalate where necessary to ensure safe practice. Proficient in IT and familiar with Occupational Health-related systems. Sound understanding of data protection and confidentiality in Occupational Health. Case management experience and the provision of Occupational Health advice. Experience in general medicals and health surveillance. Flexible, proactive approach to work.

Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Occupational Health. NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.

Salary & Benefits: Annual salary of £42,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications). Contributory pension scheme (up to 6%).
