Band 4I, circa £44,218 per annum, plus benefits Applicants are invited to apply for this essential role within Occupational Health which provides specialist occupational health advice to Thames Valley Police, by establishing Police Officers, Special Constables, Police Staff and Volunteers fitness for work. The role also requires the post holder to promote the health, safety and wellbeing for all members of staff. An experienced individual with a background in an Occupational Health environment with proven emotional and psychological resilience to deal with the demands of this post. Strong decision making and problem solving skills are required together with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the Organisation and our external partners is essential. The ability to adapt your style effectively according to your audience is essential. All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice. The residency requirement is necessary to enable all applicants to be checked in an equitable manner.
