OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an in-house Occupational Health Department, in a Part-Time (24 hours) Permanent role. This exciting site-based opportunity will see you join a multidisciplinary team in Stafford. The Role: This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include: Conducting pre-employment and fit-for-work assessments.

Performing health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, HAV's assessments, skin checks and safety-critical medicals.

Maintaining accurate health records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Providing expert occupational health advice whilst establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships across the organisation.

Providing guidance on work-related stress and mental health concerns.

Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to assess job-related health risks and prevent work-related illnesses.

Offering advice on emergency health management and first aid procedures.

Required Skills: To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be: An NMC Registered Nurse

Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health is preferred.

Previously experienced in Occupational Health Nursing ideally in a safety-critical environment.

Skilled in occupational health case management and conducting health surveillance.

Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Capable of analysing data and producing detailed reports.

Able to demonstrate an awareness of workplace health, safety, equality, and diversity practices.

Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and confidentiality standards.
