As a qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse, the main duties of the role will be to: Manage and provide professional leadership for the delivery of an effective high quality Occupational Health service for the service and as required to external organisations. Provide professional leadership for all OH nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team. Provide OH clinical leadership, ensuring the standard of evidence-based care delivered to staff is of the highest quality. Contribute to strategic OH work, including attendance at key meetings representing OH e.g. Workforce and OD, Health and Safety, Strategic Immunisation Group, Infection Prevention and Control Committee and interdepartmentally take a lead for specific projects e.g. SEQOSH standards, OH management systems, Employee Assistance initiatives, Continual Professional Development Lead, Mentorship for new OH staff. Demonstrate considerable initiative, work autonomously, and establish relationships with service users and agencies and be a key player in the evolving OH service in line with current OH initiatives on multiple sites. Work alongside the OH Wellbeing Service Improvement Manager to develop the OH service within the service. Payrate: £35 per hour Hours for work: 8am - 6pm Seniority level
