Who are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage the day-to-day operations of medical coordinators across regional locations, ensuring efficient service delivery aligned with business requirements. What does the average day look like? In this role, you will monitor and report on clinic performance against KPIs and SLAs, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance operational delivery and address feedback to improve customer experience. You will collaborate with teams such as HR, facilities management, property, and health & safety to ensure the safe and efficient running of clinic operations. Key responsibilities include managing and updating risk assessments, escalating issues when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with occupational health governance, and scheduling equipment maintenance and calibration to meet clinical quality standards. Essential Criteria

Excellent customer service and service delivery skills ideally within an Occupational Health environment. Excellent line management experience. Good knowledge of diary management principles and systems. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgements. Able to demonstrate good general IT skills. Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Graduate level education or equivalent. Travel within the regional location area is essential. Desirable
