**Job Title:** Occupational Health Services Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Services Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble's UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey. The successful candidate will provide occupational health services to employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
The role will involve managing employee OH referrals, collaborating with line managers and HR to develop action plans for employees requiring further support or intervention, and regularly reviewing site absence data with HR to identify trends and agree required interventions.
Additionally, the successful candidate will liaise with First Aiders and Safety Team to ensure full competency and adequate responses to onsite incidents, and ensure compliance with P&G Health System Key Elements and Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC registration, relevant occupational health qualifications, and experience in occupational health nursing within a commercial office environment.
**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
