My client is offering an excellent opportunity for a proactive and confident individual to join their multidisciplinary occupational health team. This role requires someone who is self-motivated and can manage their workload independently while working collaboratively within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake health screening procedures in accordance with company protocols, including general baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis. Conduct audiometry and lung function testing. Deliver health promotion activities to employees. Ensure all medical information is recorded accurately and maintain equipment to ensure it is clean, serviceable, and fit for purpose.

Ideal Candidate Background: While there is no specific professional qualification required for this role, candidates with backgrounds such as Health Care Assistant, Fitness Instructor, Ambulance EMT, Military Medic, or Offshore Medic are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required: Knowledge and experience working in occupational health. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. IT literate. Ability to work independently and within a team framework. A self-motivated and proactive approach to work. Understanding of patient confidentiality. A solid educational background with good numeracy and written English skills.

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences or a related field is preferred.
