What you will do:

Assess complex equipment and adaptations to meet individual client needs. Gain experience by working with patients with neurological diagnoses, and tailor your approach to each unique situation. Liaise with the council adaptations team for major adaptations referrals, participating in joint visits to ensure thorough collaboration and effective outcomes. Work with clients in their own homes, establishing strong rapport with families and carers to deliver holistic care. Travel across the borough in this role, requiring a car driver for efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

HCPC registration is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialism of adaptations and occupational therapy. A car driver is preferable, given the comprehensive nature of the role across the borough.
