We are looking for occupational therapists to join our Workforce Solutions team to work "bank" shifts at Provide. Main duties of the job

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Occupational Therapists to support our adult stroke rehab services and children's SEND services. Working for our organisation

Provide have developed a Workforce Solutions team that aims to support the whole organisation in relation to staffing. Some of you will be familiar with the term ‘bank’, Workforce Solutions works on the same basis but offers greater flexibility. We are looking to recruit staff into a number of positions to work on an as and when required basis. To manage a caseload of patients. To set and maintain a high standard of clinical practice, which is evidence based where possible, using standardised assessment and outcome measures, where appropriate. To set person centred goals with patients and/or their carers and a treatment plan that supports this. To monitor, evaluate and review occupational therapy interventions within a multidisciplinary framework and to modify as necessary. Person specification
