Duties include:
Managing own caseload Assessment, treatment of patients referred to Intensive Rehab Service Ensure safe discharges to patients Proactive member of the MDT team Experience required:
Elderly rehab, acute and community settings - working Monday - Friday hour days/ hours per week. This will be a pay rate of up to £20 p/hr. Higher bandings may also be considered. Benefits:
