Working as a locum Occupational Therapist provides opportunities for continuous professional development. Duties: Use expert knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning skills to provide specialist support and advice to the team and other multidisciplinary team members. Manage own caseload of patients with highly complex conditions as an autonomous practitioner. Provide specialist assessment and intervention to individuals presenting with a range of physical, cognitive, social, or perceptual deficits. Ensure a proactive approach to rehabilitation to maintain and improve function and to facilitate timely discharges, always thinking ‘Home First’.
