So you’re an Occupational Therapist who wants a new challenge. You want to work for a company that is growing its Occupational Therapy services up and down the UK, offering a wide array of Occupational Therapy solutions to people who use our services. Perhaps you want flexibility, to be valued for the difference you make, or to work outside of the traditional roles for your profession? You’re looking for somewhere you can truly make a difference using the skills you have, whether that’s in working with our Product Development teams or enhancing the training and knowledge of your own non-therapy colleagues. An Occupational Therapist role at NRS is different from the norm. Sure, you’ll have some service user contact, but your role is much wider than that. The future of Occupational Therapy at NRS Healthcare is one of growth and opportunity. Our OTs support our Community Service Centres, Technology Enabled Care, Retail, Wheelchair, and Assessment Services regionally, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users and playing a massive role in meeting our mission of “Enabling Independence Everyday”. Our NRS Occupational Therapists are thought leaders. By working with our product development teams and in partnership with our suppliers, they stay at the forefront of new trends in products and technologies to ensure such successful solutions are on offer. As an NRS Occupational Therapist, you’ll report into a Clinical Manager, who is also a trained and experienced Occupational Therapist. You would join a team of 160 people within the Clinical Excellence Division working across NRS and led by our Clinical Excellence Director, who is also an Occupational Therapist. Our working environment At NRS Healthcare, we believe in flexibility and opportunity. We will consider and look to accommodate hybrid working, flexible hours, along with working from our Community Service Centres to offer the best possible solutions to our Service Users. We regularly come together as a community to share best practices, innovate services, and have some fun! About us At NRS Healthcare, we are well known for delivering high-quality equipment services and products across the country.
